Rose Larson is a college policy debater at the University of Kansas and a LD coach at Lake Highland Prep. As a college debater, Rose was a Quarterfinalist in the 2023 CEDA National Championship, a Double-Octofinalist in the 2023 National Debate Tournament, an Octofinalist in the 2024 CEDA National Championship, and the 12th speaker at CEDA 2024. As a coach, Rose's students have received more than 30 bids to the TOC, won multiple national tournaments (Valley, Minneapple, Grapevine, Lexington, and more), and won speaker awards at many more (including top speaker at the 2023 TOC). She is studying philosophy and economics at the University of Kansas, and enjoys coaching every style of debate (but her favorite arguments are kritiks and philosophy).
