Julie holds a bachelors and masters of Social Welfare from the University of Kansas. While her primary focus before working with NSD was research and program evaluation, Julie also worked with students at Indiana University to enhance their academic performance and was an Adjunct Professor in the School of Public Health. Julie debated for a short time in high school, and her love of LD debate never left her. She is excited to be working with NSD as the Director of Operations.
