Helena attends Cornell University majoring in Chemical Engineering. She debated at Lake Highland Prep for 4 years in PF and WSD. She was a PF captain for 2 years (junior and senior year) where she mentored middle school and novice debaters. Helena qualified to the TOC twice (junior and senior year). In PF she made it to out rounds at Harvard, Bronx, Blue Key, and NSDA Season opener. In WSD her team championed Tradition, got second place at Sunvite, god second place at FFL Varsity Tournament 2025 and semi-finaled at the FFL Varsity Tournament 2024. Helena worked at NSD last summer and really enjoyed teaching lay/traditional debate.
