Caroline was captain of the Chapin Speech and Debate team, and helped mentor her teammates to achieve national success. She attained 13 bids to the TOC (8 gold, 5 silver), qualified to Gold TOC (2x), NCFLs (2x) and NSDAs, and she and her PF partner were the first from their school to qualify to all of those tournaments. She has been ranked as highly as 8th in the nation and 1st in New York. Caroline finals of ASU, Villiger, and Pennsbury; semis of Durham, quarterfinals of Harvard (2x), and octofinals of NCFLs, Columbia, Princeton and more. She attained top 10 speaker awards at tournaments such as UPenn and Villiger, and was the first speaker at Princeton.
