Carson is a rising sophomore at Columbia University studying philosophy. He debated PF on the National Circuit for four years at Bronx Science where he reached Top 10 at NSDA Nationals in 2021, 2nd speaker at Harvard in 2022, and received bids at tournaments such as Emory and Durham. He loves technical debate, and has a vested interest in philosophy that he thinks deserves more of a place especially in debate formats like Public Forum. Carson has a long and rigorous history in teaching debate, serving as Captain and Novice Director for Bronx Science and as an instructor at NOVA Debate Camp and NSD. When not debating Carson is usually reading or skateboarding, maybe an odd combination of both.
